My work with them extended over 4 years. I got complex UX flows from the product managers, and turned them into valuable and delightful experiences for Jacada's users. As the priorities and UX charts often changed, my flexibility and adaptability developed. I worked closely with Programmers to oversee full implementation to deliver best-in-class user experiences. Jacada was recently purchased by Uniphore.
