Client: Jacada

Jacada is an online builder of customer services interactions for large scale companies in Israel and the US. I've worked on several of their products. This one, an NLP (natural language processing) tool, is  concerned with giving bots the ability to understand text and spoken words. While intent refers to the goal the customer has in mind (such as ordering or canceling a flight in the case of an aviation company), Entity refers to the modifier – fields, data, or text. The user of this system Trains the algorithm by providing expressions that allows it to derive intent and extract entities. Jacada was recently purchased by Uniphore.
